BOGO Offer Policies

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Offer – Terms & Conditions

 

These terms govern purchases made under the Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotional offer. By placing an order under this promotion, the customer agrees to the following conditions.

1. Nature of the BOGO Offer

  • The BOGO promotion is a limited promotional scheme where one product is provided free or at a discounted value upon purchase of an eligible product.
  • For operational and accounting purposes, the total value of the order may be distributed proportionately across both products.
  • The offer is non-transferable, non-combinable with other offers unless explicitly stated, and valid only during the promotional period.

2. Return Policy

Orders placed under the BOGO promotion may be eligible for return subject to the following conditions:

  • Both items received under the offer must be returned together.
  • Partial returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Return requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing packaging will not qualify for return.

The seller reserves the sole right to inspect and determine the eligibility of returned items before approving a return.

If both items are not returned together, the return request will be rejected.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders under the BOGO promotion can be cancelled only before order processing or fulfilment begins.

How to Request Cancellation

Customers must include the order number and registered contact details.

Once the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

BOGO promotional orders are not eligible for monetary refunds.

If a return request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued only in the form of a Zontrek Gift Card / Store Credit.
  • The gift card will be issued after product inspection and approval.
  • The gift card will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.

No refunds will be processed via:

  • cash
  • bank transfer
  • original payment method

Orders placed using a gift card or store credit are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. Exchange Policy

Products purchased under the BOGO promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are advised to carefully check size, color, and product specifications before placing the order.

6. Order Modifications

Once a BOGO order has been placed, no modifications, edits, or changes will be permitted, including:

  • size
  • color
  • shipping address
  • product selection

7. Seller Rights & Fraud Prevention

The seller reserves the right to:

  • cancel any BOGO order suspected of misuse, fraud, or bulk reselling
  • modify, suspend, or withdraw the BOGO promotion without prior notice
  • reject return requests that do not comply with these terms

8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this BOGO Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
