Zontrek offers a warranty on its products against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and terms may vary depending on the
specific product purchased. Typically, the warranty period for Zontrek
shoes is 7 days from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge, provided that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by improper use or care of the
product.

To claim warranty service, customers need to email us the order number and image of the defective product at crm@zontrek.com. Upon receiving the package, our customer care executive will inspect the product and
determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the defect is covered under
warranty, we will provide a repair or replacement according to the terms of the warranty.

Care Instructions

PU Shoes (Polyurethane Upper)

To maintain the appearance and durability of your footwear:

• Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and surface dirt.
  
• Use a mild soap solution when necessary; avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or bleach.
  
• Do not machine wash or fully immerse in water.
  
• Allow shoes to air-dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  
• Store in a cool, dry environment to help preserve material integrity.
  

Nylon Laces

For optimal cleanliness and longevity:

• Remove laces prior to cleaning footwear.
  
• Hand wash in lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
  
• Rinse thoroughly and air-dry completely before reuse.
  
• Avoid bleach or strong chemicals to maintain color and strength.
  

PU Foam Insoles

To ensure lasting comfort and hygiene:

• Remove insoles periodically to allow ventilation and moisture release.
  
• Clean gently using a damp cloth with mild soap if required.
  
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or expose to excessive heat.
  
• Ensure insoles are fully dry before placing them back into shoes.
