Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Zontrek Private Limited through its website or associated platforms. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
- Dispatch is carried out only on business days, excluding Sundays and National/Public Holidays.
- During sale events, peak seasons, or operational constraints, order processing times may vary.
Zontrek Private Limited reserves the right to verify, hold, or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity before dispatch.
2. Shipping Coverage
Zontrek Private Limited ships products to most serviceable locations across India through third-party courier and logistics partners.
Shipping availability depends on logistics partner serviceability. If a delivery address is not serviceable, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on the delivery location:
- Metro Cities / Major Locations: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote / Difficult Locations: up to 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are indicative estimates and not guaranteed commitments.
4. Shipping Delays
While the company strives to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather disruptions
- Transport or logistics delays
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Operational limitations of courier partners
Zontrek Private Limited shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by such circumstances.
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided by the customer.
If:
- the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or
- the customer is unavailable to receive the shipment after reasonable delivery attempts,
the shipment may be returned to the seller.
Any additional shipping, handling, or re-dispatch charges may be borne by the customer where applicable.
6. RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If an order is returned to the seller due to:
- non-availability of the customer
- refusal to accept delivery
- incorrect or incomplete address
- failure to receive the shipment after multiple delivery attempts
the order will be classified as an RTO (Return to Origin) shipment.
In such cases:
- the seller reserves the right to cancel the order
- applicable shipping, return shipping, and handling charges may be deducted before issuing any refund or store credit
- re-dispatch of RTO orders may be allowed only after payment of additional shipping charges
7. Refusal of Delivery
Customers are expected to accept deliveries for confirmed orders.
If a customer intentionally refuses delivery, the order may be treated as an RTO order. The seller reserves the right to:
- recover shipping and logistics costs, and/or
- restrict future order placements, including Cash on Delivery (COD) eligibility
Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in account restrictions or order cancellations at the seller’s discretion.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations and orders.
Zontrek Private Limited reserves the right to:
- limit COD availability based on location, order value, or customer history
- cancel COD orders that appear suspicious or unverifiable
- require prepaid payment for customers with repeated RTO or refused deliveries
COD availability is subject to logistics partner policies and serviceability.
9. Lost or Untraceable Shipments
In rare situations where a shipment becomes lost, damaged, or untraceable during transit, the company will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner.
Upon confirmation from the courier partner:
- the order may be cancelled, and
- a refund or store credit may be issued at the seller’s discretion
Refunds will only be processed after confirmation from the courier partner regarding shipment status.
10. Delivery Proof
Delivery confirmation is determined based on records provided by the logistics partner, including but not limited to:
- delivery confirmation scans
- OTP verification
- geo-tagged delivery confirmation
- signature or digital acknowledgement by the recipient
Such confirmation shall constitute valid proof of delivery.
Zontrek Private Limited shall not be responsible for claims of non-delivery once the shipment is marked as delivered by the logistics partner with valid proof.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws:
- Zontrek Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, non-delivery, or logistics partner actions
- the company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased
12. Order Cancellation Due to Logistics Issues
Zontrek Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in situations including but not limited to:
- non-serviceable delivery location
- operational or logistical constraints
- shipment becoming lost or untraceable
- extended delays beyond reasonable timelines
In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as applicable.
13. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the website, purchase of products, or interpretation of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, customers agree to first contact Zontrek Private Limited to attempt an amicable resolution of the dispute within 30 days from the date of raising the complaint.
